I recently worked with Mark and Joe at Royal Document Destruction, and the service was outstanding. Mark ensured everything was handled thoroughly and professionally from start to finish.
Joe, the driver, was also great—he called ahead to give me an arrival time, which made the whole process easy and efficient. These guys really take pride in what they do. I highly recommend their shredding services!

Used for the first time today to drop off 6 boxes of documents ive held on to for far too long. Really easy process, go to the desk, pay and provide a little bit of info, drive around to the dock, and drop off. Easy easy and cost effective!

I do NOT want to click around a website and enter my information to become a customer. Other services websites were cumbersome and intrusive, then I found Royal. Easy to navigate and a phone number was READILY available. I wanted to speak to a human. Not a chat bot. I got a human on the first ring, his name is Chris. Having a TBI, my thoughts are not always clear, but Chris answered all my questions without judgment and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Chris.
In need of drop off services, he explained the procedure and cost. The location of Royal is convenient, just a few turns off of 270/Hamilton. Price is less than expected.
The shedding side of the house provided the same caliber of customer service as the front office. The shredding team was prompt and friendly.
The security is stellar and gave me peace of mind when I dropped off my load for destruction.

This is the second time I have used Royal Document Destruction and, as was the case the first time, my experience with them this time was terrific. The man who came to provide the on-site destruction was on time, friendly, kind, and efficient. He was also helpful to me as we transferred boxes and bags of documents into a large trash container. He offered to do it all himself but, I wanted to help so….The destruction was thorough and quick. He quickly had me sign paperwork and was on to his next job. No hassles whatsoever.
