The background-checked route shredding specialists start their day by completing pre-trip inspections, checking necessary equipment, and gathering supplies needed for customer service. Each day is different and requires specific planning.
Royal Document Destruction’s drivers follow a daily schedule, arriving at businesses, law firms, hospitals, corporate headquarters, medical offices, private residences, etc., for the collection of confidential paper waste. Service is completed with regular pick-up service or mobile shredding service.

Secure Off-Site Shredding
Route experts collect sensitive documents by walking the customers’ floors and switching out containers at designated points inside the building or at the dock. Empty containers are put in their place. Full containers are loaded onto Royal Document Destruction’s locking trucks for transportation back to the secure facility for NAID-certified shredding. The process is designed so that documents remain secure throughout the process.
Box Cleanouts

On-Site Mobile Paper Shredding
Full containers are wheeled by the specialist to the mobile shredding truck, where a mechanical lift empties containers directly into the heavy-duty, industrial shredder. The material is shredded immediately inside the truck, while the customer is welcome to witness the process.

A client’s signature verifies that the professional shredding services have been completed. A Certificate of Destruction is compiled at the end of every month to provide the customer with documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
